Charming 2-level Villa in Caleta de Velez in a residential area and close to the beach.
The villa is spacious with 380 m2 property surface and 100 m2 terrace. There is 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 10 persons.
There is 4 bedrooms and 2 of them are located on the lower level while the other 2 are on the upper level. Of the 4 bedrooms there is 2 single beds in 3 of them, which makes for 6 sleeps, and then there is a double bed in the Master bedroom which makes for another 2 sleeps. The Master bedroom is spacious, has a bathroom en-suite and direct access to a terrace.
If you are 10 persons, then the remaining 2 beds will be folding beds, ideally for children.
Besides the bathroom in the Master bedroom, there is also 2 other bathrooms.
The living room is spacious and has a sofa area with TV and DVD. There is direct access to the terrace and swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. It also contains a dining area with seats for 8 people.
There is air conditioning throughout the villa.
On the terrace there is lounge furniture which makes for a relaxing area and there is also another dining table with seats for 8 people. Along the swimming pool there is sun loungers.
All in all, a very exciting and charming house with many possibilities due to the 10 beds and with short distances to the beach and grocery shopping it makes it ideal for families.

We have just returned home from a 10 night stay at this villa, and it was perfect! This has got to be the best villa we have stayed in with a perfect location, 5 min walk to the shops, beach, bars and restaurants.

We have just returned home from a 10 night stay at this villa, and it was perfect! This has got to be the best villa we have stayed in with a perfect location, 5 min walk to the shops, beach, bars and restaurants.
The villa itself is ideal for families and groups, there is plenty of space, has all you need and more. We spend nearly all of our time outside, the kids loved the pool, my husband loved the bbq and the shaded area was bliss. Our rep Tim was lovely! So helpful and friendly and it was nice to know we could contact him if there was any issues. We enjoyed our holiday so much we are looking to book up next year |
