Front line Beach Apartment located on the seafront in Torremolinos with cozy tapas bars and restaurants just around the corner.
Great and unique seafront location in La Carihuela, Torremolinos. Few meters from the beach, restaurants and shopping.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor and there is of course a lift. The view from the terrace is marvellous and much better than what the photos show.
The apartment includes; a nice hall, 2 spacious bedrooms. Master Bedroom contains a double bed, built in wardrobe and bathroom en-suite with bath. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, built in wardrobe and desk. Both bedrooms have like the rest of the apartment built-in air conditioning. The apartment's second bathroom can be found in the hallway and includes a bathtub.
The living room is arranged with a nice dining table arrangement, comfortable leather sofa with footrests and back that can be folded down, 55 "flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and cozy dining area for 2 people.
There is access to the south facing terrace from both the living room and kitchen. The terrace has like mentioned an amazing view to the Mediterranean sea. The terrace is furnished with table, chairs and sunblind.
A shared pool is available in the common area at the facility open all year.
The entire house has central controlled air conditioning with heating and cooling.
A really nice apartment that is perfect for a great holiday at any time of the year.

Its the second time we stay at this wonderful apartment, and we couldn't ask for a better place. The apartment is spacious, with all modern appliances, and the view is spectacular, and only one minute from the busy life, restaurants, shops and a beasee more

We had a wonderful stay here for 2weeks with our two young children. The apartment is very large- we loved that the rooms were at the back far from living room and kitchen. It had everything we needed and the building was very quiet and we felt very see more
