This apartment is available under our Flex Living model for stays from 2 months + 1 day up to 6 months.

A rental agreement must be signed directly with our agency prior to check-in. A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required and will be refunded after the final inspection, subject to contract compliance.

All standard amenities are included. Electricity includes a monthly allowance of 450 kWh; any additional consumption will be charged at €0.30 per kWh.
