Description
Charming apartment in the historic district of Malaga - Centro historico. The apartment is centrally located and right in the heart of the historic district just a few hundred meters from the Malaga market, Malaga cathedral, Picasso and Thyssen Museum.
The apartment is beautifully decorated, and its central part is the large open space living room with functional and fully equipped kitchen which includes: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
The living room consists of a comfortable sofa corner with reading lamps, TV Apple TV, Chromecast and a fast fiber Internet connection.
The apartment has a good size whether you are 1-2 or 7 people (max 6 adults + 1 child)
There are 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), wardrobe, air conditioning, French balcony and en-suite Andalusian bathroom with bathtub.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x200cm), wardrobe, air conditioning overlooking the patio.
Bedroom 3: Single bed can be converted into a double bed (160x200cm) with chest of drawers, air conditioning and patio view.
An extra bed can be made for the 7th person (child) on the sofa bed in the living room.
The second bathroom of the apartment is located at the entrance and contains a shower and washing machine and dryer.
The apartment's location in the historic district means that you can walk to "everything" and car is not necessary, although a parking space can be rented in the nearest parking house, which is minutes from the apartment.
The apartment is located at the top and on the 3rd floor of a historic building from the 19th century. The apartment as well as the entire building has undergone a renovation and stands beautiful and inviting. In the old days, the building was used as a warehouse building, where things for the 3rd floor were hoisted up from the street and therefore no great emphasis was placed on the stairwell which is narrow and low. Note: no elevator.
Airport - Malaga Pablo Picasso 10 km. Taxi, airport transfer, train, bus in few minutes.
Bus station - Alameda Principal - 500 m
