Las comodidades de las que goza son excepcionales, todo nuevo en perfectas condiciones, el sofá cama comodísimo, luminoso y bien ventilado. Descubrimos que el apartamento tiene la calificación de BIC (Bien de interés cultural) y conserva un pilar de hierro original, más las paredes laterales en ladrillo visto. Todo un lujo!!!
