The luxury apartment is situated in Santa Barbara Heights inside the Club la Costa World resort is 110m2 with a 30m2 terrace facing the stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea.
Terrace is nicely furnished with a large dining table for 6 people and includes a private 2x2m plunge pool with glass walls for a beautiful architectonic expression.
The interior of the apartment is contemporary furnished with high quality furniture throughout the apartment for a homely feeling and is ideal for both vacation and work.
Open plan living room contains comfortable airconditioned sofa area with Wi-Fi, PlayStation 4, and a large Smart TV for your favorite streaming providers like Netflix, HBO etc.
High quality kitchen is fully equipped with MIELE oven, micro-oven, dish washer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer etc.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with bath en-suite. 2 extra sleeps can be made on the sofa bed in the living room for the total of 6 sleeps.
Master bedroom: Airconditioned double room with quality bed, fitted wardrobe, air-conditioning, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. Direct access to the terrace.
2nd bedroom: Airconditioned double room with quality bed, fitted wardrobe, air-conditioning, flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Guest toilet in the hall.
The apartment also provides: Baby cot and highchair (0-2 yrs), hair dryer, washing machine, iron, safe. Private parking is provided in the basement of the building and there is a lift directly to the apartment level.
The community area is beautifully kept with green area and palm trees. You have access to a great pool area with community pool, Swim-training pool, and a baby pool.
Nearest beach is Playa Faro de Calaburras with the beach restaurant Villa Tropicana is approximately 650m from the apartment. There is a free courtesy train within Club la Costa Resort, which you can freely use for going to the beach or one of the several restaurants even though they are withing walking distance. For grocery Las Colinas Mini Market is only 300m from the apartment and offers most basic necessaries. Miramar Shopping center with a wide range of shops is only 2 km away.
CLUB LA COSTA WORLD RESORT
The Club la Costa Resort area includes several restaurants as Restaurant Safari, Restaurant Sunset, Restaurant Sunrise with dining and some with live music. Zacary’s have some great steaks and family pizzas. Sam’s Pastry offers fresh bread every day.
The nearby cities Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas have a lot to offer, and if you fancy something a bit more exclusive Marbella and Puerto Banus would be a natural choice. Also, the old charming and historical part of Malaga Center is worth a visit. It offers a big variety of shops and restaurants and not the least the Picasso or Thyssen Museum and the Pompidou Center at the harbor front of Malaga. The award winning Benalmadena Marina is also worth a visit and the ferry ride to Malaga is an experience. Mijas Pueblo is a very charming, and if you wish to see some of the picturesque and beautiful white village Ronda is a must....
It is no coincidence that the coast of Costa del Sol is also often referred to as Costa del Golf, as there are many and good golf facilities in area. Nearest golf course is El Chaparral Golf Club.
I you wish to go on day trips, there is even more to explore from Alhambra in Granada (also a must), English Gibraltar (Do not forget your passport), charming Seville or take the boat to Tangier in Africa to make it really exotic.
The apartment is approximately a 20 minutes’ drive from Malaga Airport - Costa del Sol (AGP). Car hire or own car is recommended.
Whether you want a relaxing holiday by the pool and the beach, or want to explore Malaga and Andalusia, this apartment is a safe choice for a wonderful holiday.
